This is an authentic Rawlings baseball autographed by brothers Cal Ripken Jr. and Bill Ripken. On July 11, 1987 Billy Ripken was called up to the Orioles and it marked the first time that two brothers were playing on the same team that was managed by their father. During his tenure as an Oriole, Billy hit .243 while playing stellar defense and finished his career with a .987 Fielding percentage. Cal Ripken Jr. played 21 seasons in the majors all for the Baltimore Orioles. Cal finished his career playing 3001 games, including 2,632 consecutive games, a major league record. He also had 3,184 career hits and 431 career Home Runs.
